HILLMAN - Innovative hunting clothing

Dear Artur, We’re sorry to hear about your concern regarding your order. After reviewing our records, we see that the order was not shipped because a chargeback was initiated before the shipment could be processed. Once the chargeback went through, the payment was returned to you, so no shipment took place. We understand this situation may have been confusing, and we regret any misunderstanding. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you’d like to place a new order or need any further clarification—we’re happy to assist. Warm regards, Marie
