**Update:** After posting my initial review, the store owner finally replied—but only days later and only after I left negative reviews. Instead of resolving the issue, he threatened me with legal action for “defamatory” information. I stand by this review as an honest account of my experience. The owner still could not provide a tracking number or proof that my order was ever sent on the date claimed. The market value of the item had already increased, and the only way I received my refund was by filing a PayPal dispute. **Avoid this shop altogether.** For context: I pre-ordered the Pokémon Prismatic SPC on August 13th (release date August 22nd). The experience has been very poor. Multiple emails went unanswered, and I only received delayed replies through Instagram—sometimes days later. I was told I’d get a tracking number once it shipped, but that never happened. Later I was told it had been sent, then that it was “missing with the courier.” Nearly a month later, I still had no product, no tracking number, and no proof of shipping. The lack of communication, failure to provide evidence, and eventual need to go through PayPal for a refund make this a highly unprofessional and unreliable business.
