James, we understand how stressful it can feel when a project timeline changes and are committed to providing a 5-Star experience. At this time, the project has not started because rotting rafters must be addressed before the roof work can move forward safely. Our team is reviewing the next steps and will connect with you directly. We appreciate your patience as we work to provide the right solution for your home. If we can help in any way in the meantime please email [email protected]. We are here to help.

It’s wonderful to know our team’s professionalism and communication made your experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you for trusting us, Ira, we truly appreciate it!

Vanessa, so glad the roof and gutters turned out great! On time, working until the job's done, and a thorough cleanup is exactly the standard we hold the crew to. Thanks for choosing us!

Renee, so glad the new roof is looking great! A clean job site, quality workmanship, and a responsive PM like Bob is exactly the trio we aim for every time. Enjoy that fresh look, and give us a call whenever the next project rolls around.

Rebecca, so glad the whole experience hit the mark! A great crew, clean job site, and strong communication is exactly what we aim for every time. Thanks for the recommendation!

Thank you, Alex. Meeting expectations is the floor, not the ceiling, and we are glad the team showed up that way for you. Choosing us is a decision we never take lightly.

Our records show the scope of work completed was a protective silicone coating applied to the existing box gutters. This service is designed to help protect the gutter system, but it does not change the original pitch/slope of the gutters. During our inspection, we also documented a small area of excess sealant near a downspout outlet that can be improved to support drainage. Our team is reaching out today to review your project in more detail and complete any agreed-upon touch-ups. If we can help in any way in the meantime, please email [email protected].

Our goal is to treat every home with care, communicate clearly, and work toward fair solutions when concerns are raised. Our team has been in direct contact and offered reimbursement in an effort to help make this right, but that offer was declined. We remain willing to work toward a fair resolution. Please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] if you would like to reconsider.

Jean, efficient, professional, and courteous. Three words that perfectly sum up the Home Genius Exteriors crew! We are so glad the experience lived up to the recommendation. Thank you for choosing us!
