Haven’t Received Phone Case
I ordered a phone case on 11/8/25 and still have not received it. I emailed the company to ask when the product will ship and they haven’t responded.
Buyer beware!
Homeheil did not deliver their product as advertised. When questioned, they give you the runaround and just keep saying "in transit" which never does make it to you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had to report it to my credit card company to dispute the charge. After requesting a refund, more than once, they did "agree" to the refund and told me I was terrible. They are clueless on what real customer service is. If you are going to advertise your product with the timeframe for delivery, stick to it. I was asked to never purchase anything from them again... well, I guess that's easy since I didn't get my purchase in the first place!

Don’t trust Homeheil!
Paid extra for express shipping (says 6-10 days) and 15 days later still no delivery. Had no idea the item would ship all the way from China - and the tracking number provided is BS - it gives no details of where it is or when it should arrive. But Homeheil now asks for a review of a purchase that hasn’t been completed. Don’t order from Homeheil - very likely a scam business, and I’ll be surprised if what I receive (if I ever receive it) is a genuine Apple product.

I never got the product
A Scam
I placed my order two weeks ago and still haven't received anything. The support team has not responded to my emails and the tracking number provided still says that the package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier in China. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company.
