Fake product, but at least it delivered
My order still has not arrived. No details regarding the estimated deliver date are provided with tracking. Nothing was mentioned when I ordered the product that it would take over 2 weeks to receive or I would not have e ordered it.
I ordered a phone case from this company and it never showed up. I’ve reached out to them with no avail. Avoid them like the plague. They are a scam site quick to take your money and not deliver.
It took 11 days to get here. But it was worth it. Love my case
It's been over 2 weeks and no delivery yet.
I ordered a case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max from HOMEHEIL on 4/20. My credit card was billed on the same date. The product was never delivered and every attempt to contact HOMEHEIL has been unsuccessful. When I was finally able to track the package the message said "Express delivery by July 17." My customer service experience has been very poor.
I never received the order. I would like a refund.
I bought a iPhone 14 Pro Max case 2 weeks ago and I didn’t receive it yet !!! The didn’t return my money back also
Almost 3wks have passed since I ordered a simple iPhone case and yet the case is still just "on its way"!
The product wasn't what was described, and they wouldn't respond to request for a refund...horrible customer service!
I ordered two iphone cases and they took almost 1 month to arrive. When they did, I compared the new case to my old genuine apple case and it’s close…but I’m not sure this one is the real deal. Subtle differences in the buttons, the font, the color and there is a visible seam along the sides that the Apple case does not have. Also one of the side buttons is just a hole and is very flimsy and will likely break quickly. I left them a one star review on their site but I bet they won’t publish it. Wish I’d read reviews here first, next time I’m going to order directly from Apple.
