No reg mail number provided unlike stated in your policies, resulting in user unable to get a sense of when parcel arrived. Plastic packaging unprofessional. Also, no space to write comments for registered mail option.

Dear customer , we apologies for your recent unpleasant experience. There are some recent changes to our registered mail policy , all tracking numbers will be shared via text message instead of emails (as we noticed for some customers it ended up in spam) due to the nature of our content. The plastic packaging is a standard flyer bag provided by Singpost and mandatory to be used for registered mail so it fits into your mailbox. In this occasion, the box packaging might be removed to ensure it fits. We will be making recommendations to customers to use an alternative delivery method rather than 'registered mail' for larger items.
Coz the pump I buy is not good and heavy
Horny.sg – Innovative Adult Products 回复2024-03-28
Thank you for your purchase. Most automatic pumps in the market are slightly on the heavier side due to the parts used in its assembly. Perhaps you may wish to keep in touch with us via EMAIL/Customer Service Hotline (+65 9777 2176), we are happy to assist you further if you have any concerns.

Discreet and fast delivery by the horny.sg team. Ordered it and got it within the same day. Love the seamless design and it fits nicely in my hands. The design also makes It easy to clean and wipe dry, so I could store it immediately after cleaning. It could take some time to familiarise with the buttons and its function but generally still easy to follow. Love that it's really quiet, I could barely hear the operations, unless I put it next to my ears. I had a mind blowing experience when I used womanizer as compared to other brands' product, it has a technology that simulates my clitoris and brings me to orgasm faster.

As a returning customer
As a returning customer. The prices were ok. However I wasn't offered any promo except for a free delivery but that's not a biggie. Yes i shouldn't have gone for the biggest blind box, i just thought perhaps i might just get something i was looking for. The box shape wasn't even matching but at least on a positive note it came with something else I really needed. Kind of keen to try the mystery again but will consider. I believe prices these days are crucial ij marketing which will have major influence on demand/supply & especially with the current ongoing inflation &high cost of living standards. I do sincerely hope i get lucky if I try again. Had a long day so I'll leave it there.

Great bargains on Christmas
Great bargains on Christmas. The points earning system point-spending ratio is disappointing. Gotta spend a lot more to get 100 points which is just a $1 discount.

Vulse Lovesense
Bought the new Vulse egg toy.. It felt like I was being teased with the tip. Being fingered by a small vibrating finger barely reaching the g spot. I’ve put it at max but it still felt like there’s nothing there. Delivery is good. Toy came in perfect condition, package is discreet but the product was a disappointment.
