Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptionally fast delivery service, noting that items arrive promptly, often on the same day, and always packed in a secure and discreet manner. People are also very pleased with the product quality, wide range of options available, and the smooth, easy shopping process that makes purchasing completely hassle-free. However, some reviewers were not happy with delivery issues, mentioning frustrating instances where orders were sent to the wrong address, delayed unexpectedly, or occasionally not received at all. Some people also reported occasional product performance problems, noting items that failed to charge properly or did not work right out of the box.

Dear John, thank you for reaching out to us. Our staff will be contacting you later today to find out more details from you to warrant a replacement. Thank you for order with us :)
Great starter product! I was a little apprehensive buying this, not knowing my “size”. The product is easy to use solo, cleans and stores very easily and I’m ready to move up to a bigger model!
selection of sizes, colour & design of panties quite limited & cannot buy more than one pieces?
The web interface, delivery, usage of online shopping cart are all great. However, most of the items are lacking of reviews and small portion of items are lacking of more information. Promotion so far are great! Love to see more promotions in near future! Kudos to the team!
Pros: -Packaging was discreet and product was in perfect condition when it arrived. Cons: -While i understand that the delivery is outsourced to delivery services, the order was only delivered at 4:22PM when it should be by 4pm, deliveryman did not update me on their lateness and i had to message them at 4pm to know the status of their whereabouts. Would appreciate if the deliveryman would give a heads-up should they be late. Previous delivery was on time.
Thank you for letting us know, it is really important to receive feedback to continuously monitor and improve our services. Yes we do have protocols to ensure all customers are contacted with a proof of communication, and even more so for parcels that will be handed late. Alternatively you can also check back with us during operating hours, via our chat services to help locate the courier.
Website & the personnel manning the WhatsApp chat is responsive. Well done.
Poor service. Delivery messed up and expect customer to follow up with delivery agent. The estimated delivery timing also cannot be trusted. 1-3 working days is not accurate.
Dear Customer, we apologies for any delay that you experience. Please let us check on your order and would follow up with you on the POPstation delivery status. We will try our very best to assist in any possible way.
As described, the product is amazing.
Have bought many products and it’s all been good quality and delivered very quickly. There’s a good range but would like more options for strap ons. Couldn’t find a sexy leather one. Also the website shows a lot of out of stock products. Need to filter it out. Should just not display them.
I love how the wrapped the items. So if you collect it or get it delivered. No one knows whats inside unless the person opening the package
Thank you for your purchase with us. We are glad that your parcel has been delivered to you discreetly. Please let us know if it was in good condition or if there are any other concerns. Our team will be in touch with you :)
Good service and fast delivery - although the delivery guy just put the parcel on top of the letter box without pressing the bell - only discovered a few hours later by chance - not really shops fault but poor delivery
