They have amazing customer service, and an even better product. Their frames and lenses were a great price. Plus, hot take here, they seem like better quality than my Raybands which I'm replacing. Shipping took a long as they said it would. They even answered some of my questions during lunar new year.

Ordered three pairs of glasses and I am very happy with the quality and service. The glasses are well made and high quality. They included the proof that the lenses were Zeiss. Web site chat is an actual person and very responsive, helping me through the ordering process and getting the lens type and PD correctly entered. For a fraction of the price I was able to get glasses similar to designs that would cost well over $500 each. It took me about two weeks to get the order but the savings and quality made it worth the wait

Very professional and helpful in answering all my queries. They make ordering online so easy and have many options of quality frames and lenses. Even my complicated request for gradient tints and changes of lenses sizes with custom back faceting on the back of the lens was met with perfection. I even order two extra frames for my daughter because of their friendly and professional service and after two weeks, I also place a second order.

I got a pair of high quality titanium glasses with lenses for a fairly decent price that's cheaper than getting them at an optometrist in the US with insurance. They helped me every step of the way in helping me pick my glasses, lenses I should get, and updated me on when they were making it and shipping it out. It was all done in a timely manner. I'm in love with my new glasses! These are so durable and high quality. Customer service is always responsive and they reply back to you in a timely manner. They're super nice and professional. I can't recommend this store enough. I will be a repeat customer in the future!

Lison promised me to deliver within 2 weeks. I have received my glasses high quality frame and follow my power prescription less than 2 weeks. The lenses are made of optical resin and have a high abbe value and a hydrophobic coating. Customer service reached out to me almost immediately and answered all my questions providing tracking as soon as it was available. I would purchase from HPglasses again.
