All great at first but one of the glass fell out after a month of having them, Now I gotta get a new glass cause it was not firm enough in the bolts, I'm dissapointed

The customer service for this place was very helpful when I asked them for help. The prescription was correct and the quality of the glasses are very very good. They are hefty and don’t feel cheap and made from metal not plastic and look great. Will definitely buy from them again for any of my glasses and have already recommended them to friends and family
Very disappointed
I was full of hope, but when it came to the item, the packaging was exquisite, but the contents were terrible, the quality was poor, and the overall impression was very bad. I will not buy it again.
Still don't have it
Purchased this item on June 24th, and currently it is July 25th. I contacted support on July 16th who responded quickly- explaining and supplying a screenshot stating it was stuck in customs on July 2nd with no new updates since. At this point I'm ready to call my bank and report this as a scam. I know it takes a while, but waiting over 4 weeks and it says that UPS *still* has not received the package? No, I will not be purchasing from this company again even if I miraculously get my glasses.

I want to clarify that this is a U.S. Customs issue; the package is awaiting inspection, and there's nothing we can do about it. UPS hasn't officially received the package yet, so there's no tracking information on the tracking number. Please don't confuse this with our glasses; that's unfair to us.
Unhelpful, rude staff
Never received parcel, sender should use a secure method to send items and Improve customer service. I was told the parcel was to be signed for however the courier confirmed this was not sent to be signed on delivery. My order went missing. The sender was unhelpful and lacked responsibility. I informed the bank of the exact situation and i have all the evidence and reports. After weeks of waiting i was entitled to this because like i said you lacked responsibility and kept passing me on. No negotiation was offered as i was passed on to royal mail each time. This was not sudden please check your dates or if you like i can rejog your memory. Like i said the sender is more petty than helpful, perfect example is their response on here.

We have unconditionally accepted the loss, yet we received your negative review. We have been providing assistance and trying to resolve your package delivery issue. Clearly, we also encountered difficulties, and we provided you with Royal Mail's contact information. However, during this process, you did not receive the package but filed a chargeback claim citing "unacceptable product," and suddenly applied for a credit card chargeback without any communication or negotiation. Therefore, we not only need to provide a full refund but also pay the intermediary processing fees.

Glasses came slightly sooner than expected which is great! The only bad thing about the package was the rather unpleasant smell that came from the glasses case. Other than that I had/have no issues! I get a lot of compliments on them all the time and they compliment my face well.

We can only try to accept your unreasonable behavior and unwillingness to understand. We strive to improve our service quality and attempted to communicate and explain that you did not select prescription lenses or submit prescription information when placing your order; you only purchased eyeglass frames. However, you refused to accept your mistake and insisted that you had submitted a prescription. We were then forced to issue an unconditional refund and bear all losses, yet we received such an aggressive review.
To be honest
To be honest, I didn't like that frame; although it's made of titanium, it's very delicate and doesn't support the prescription lens well.

It's a thin, semi-rimless pair of glasses, which may not be able to support your high-prescription lenses.

The site is easy to use and navigate. The products are well priced and gorgeous. The quality of the glasses is amazing and I love the styles they offer. If they have questions on your order they(an actual person) will actually email you and get it sorted or verify if that is what you actually wanted or if it was a mistake.
