Kindness generosity professional all rolled into one My wife and I were picked up from the…

My wife and I were picked up from the train station and taken to our hotel The next day we visited the dental hospital and had our scans done. Great service friendly and professional at every level. My wife had 2 bridges fitted I was told my teeth were fine but I could use a clean Great work all around. Kindness hospitality and professionalism all rolled into a great experience for both of us. Super happy and would recommend and return. Archie was awesome such a helpful man🙏

I am satisfied with service & care at Huangshan international Dental Hospital

I am 72 yr old retiree from Sydney, Australia. I will write of my experience to date & later I will write of my experience when my full treatment completed I first heard of Huangshan dental hospital through YouTube posts. I was impressed by positive experiences of many foreigners who came to China to restore their teeth. Thereafter I decided I must come here and hopefully reap same positive results. Note: my Sydney dentist put in numerous fillings 12 months ago but most have fallen out. Today is 3rd day of my arrival. On 1st day: tests, assessment & treatment options. 2nd day: ie yesterday was a periodontal gingival curettage by my dentist. 3rd day: 8 fillings, a root canal and 3 crowns to be done. From the moment I emailed my enquiry to my arrival, the hospital consultants team tasked with liaising, informing, arranging & practically “holding our hands” were simply amazing, Mina is my consultant & contact person until I arrived at Huangshan dental hospital. Nothing was too much for her. She went out of her way to explain and make things smooth for me. Upon arriving in China I have encountered frequent issues with my payment system & Archie (another consultant) has been extremely helpful, dedicated & patient to assist me address the aforesaid issues. In fact, Archie even came to assist me out of his official working hours. My impression at this point is Huangshan International Dental staff’s service, support, professionalism overall is excellent & exemplary. Thank you Huangshan International Dental.

From the moment I walked through your doors, I was thoroughly impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the facility and the state-of-the-art technology you utilise. This made me feel confident that I was in the best possible hands. Your entire team provides impeccable service, blending the highest level of professionalism with truly personalised treatment. Every member of your staff stood out for their attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care, ensuring that I felt comfortable and supported at every single step of my dental journey. Above and beyond the best experience i…

Above and beyond the best experience i have had at a dentists office or a hospital. Let alone a dental hospital. Coming from the US, we dont have the best in dental care on top of the absorbent prices they ask for. I came in with PTSD when it came to dentistry in general. Came to Huangshan for the dentistry because I wanted to take a chance with something new. Boy did I find it here in spades. The communication is excellent throughout. The prices were perfect and I saved thousands. I was never in pain at any point. The doctors thenselves are gentle and will work with you to customize any situation you need. And above all, they prioritized my health, over profit. They didnt push anything on me and i had an amazing time. I did the tourist package and did not regret that either. Amazing experiences with amazing people that i still keep in contact with today. Ive never made so many friends in a single week. I felt safe the entire time as well. This place cured my PTSD towards dentistry, and honestly reshaped my outlook on what you could achieve in healthcare in general. I love the way my teeth came out in the end. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

I had high expectations, which were exceeded.

A level of care I have never experienced before, given by skilled doctors who achieved life changing results that I will always be grateful for. This is not dental tourism, it is receiving the most advanced treatment available. I also have to thank my medical consultant, Shawn, who made all the arrangements for me, which included helping me settle into the accommodation I chose.
