Humblefax

Hello please send a ticket to [email protected] or use the contact form in the dashboard and we can walk you through the process.

Spam faxes unfortunately do occur sometimes. Best way to handle it is to go to your dashboard, received faxes, click the fax, go to fax details and click the "mark as spam" button. Future faxes from that phone number will subsequently be blocked. Please note that if they use a different number each time the spam filter will not work. At the top of the spam filter page is another toggle to block all faxes that do not have caller ids. Use this with caution as it can inadvertently block legitimate faxes if the sender does not provide a caller id number.

I understand you are experiencing low quality photographic "scans". The solution is to use a scanner or if you do not have one, to use your mobile device with a free app called Adobe scan. That will produce a document which has much better quality and will transmit much faster. Thank you for understanding, hope that helps.
