I am new to your system

I am new to your system, I did not send many faxes yet, but from what I sent, it worked, and worked well, easy to set up, and was received by the person on the other side with no problems. I like it so far and will keep using it. Thank you

Humble is great on $ and reliability.

This is the most reasonably priced choice for larger faxes. We have had to send medical records that are quite extensive and they have sent reliably every time. I was surprised that it takes a while. But if you just go do other things while it sends it'll be done before you know it and another chore is checked off the list. Humble is a pretty great description of this faxing service. Not boastful, but very steady and reliable for a very reasonable price.

Working great until they kept raising the prices !

They were working great at first but they've been steadily upping their fees each month without any transparency. They've gone from charging us $10 in October of last year, to $25 in November, to $45 in February, $85 in july and finally in August they charged us $175?? I can't find anywhere on their site that maps our usage to these prices their charging. Stay away if you're meaningfully scaling up your business and want transparent pricing.

You will not get back your port-in numbers if you end your contract.

I opened an account for efax services with Humble Fax on May 1st 2026 and I made a request to port in my existing fax number from Bell.ca. My fax number was finally ported in after about 10 days. Initially things seemed OK, but I realized that the "unlimited fax" that was advitized is not as it says and there is limit on pages. As a high volume medical clinic a high number of in and out fax pages per months I realized its better for our clinic to switch to a different service to avoid huge faxing costs with Humble fax. I requated ending of my monthly contract about a month. I had to go through a very frustrating process blocking my fax services ( Grave period) before ending my contract and the worst thing is that on the "end of contract notice" email that I received on June 20, 2026 although it says that all the phone or fax numbers associated with my contract will be released upon the end of contract, yet today on August 3, 2026, following having ongoing issues with my original fax number (the fax number seems to be inactive) since June 20, 2026, and asking for tecnicla assistance from my initial fax number provider which is Bell.ca, I was advised Humble fax has not released my fax number yet and has kept it in inactive status on hold. I have sent both email message request and phone call request to Humble fax customer service to address this issue and to verify and confirm that my fax number is released, but I haven't heard from them yet, neith by email, nor by phone. For medical clinic with high volume and using a fax number for 14 years, this is a damaging issues that was caused by Humble fax. I wish I haven't initiated this business with Humble fax.

Entire FAX message (all pages) including attachments are EMAILED BACK to Sender, after FAX Transmission.

Entire FAX message (all pages) including attachments are EMAILED BACK to Sender, after FAX Transmission. This provides Legally Admissible Evidence of the FAX transmission and its Delivery at the FAX number. Competing Online FAX Services only email you a Cover page. The Entire FAX body is not emailed back to you. Great User interface. Shows FAX transmission status in Real-time. If FAX transmission fails, you know that right away. Black and White rendering of Color photos in the PDF file attachments is Very Good. You can see that in the final "Sent FAX PDF" copy that is sent back to you by Humble Fax in email. Default mode Service is NOT HIPAA Compliant. But, otherwise perfect for the average user. Update: --------- HumbleFax informs us that they do offer HIPAA compliant plans with a signed BAA upon request.

We initially requested services for one…

We initially requested services for one of our companies, and that request is still in progress. I'm not sure why there has been such a significant delay. A few days after submitting the first request, I submitted a second request for our other company, and those changes were completed in less than a week. If the first request had been handled as efficiently as the second, I would have given a much higher rating. The inconsistency in turnaround times made the overall experience less satisfactory.

Hello can you elaborate on what you mean by request for service? Are you referring to the ongoing number port-in for the number ending in 8338?

Faxing in 2026?

I never thought that in 2026 that I would need to have faxing abilities. In dealing with certain government offices I have been required to fax information, no email accepted! I researched on-line fax services and chose HumbleFax.com as my solution. Very happy with this decision

1-Star Review – My Experience with HumbleFax

I signed up for HumbleFax on June 17, 2026, after reviewing repeated advertising claims that the service provided "Unlimited Faxing" for $10 per month, with "No monthly page limits," "No hidden fees," and "No overage charges." These claims appear not only on HumbleFax's website, but are also repeated across numerous third-party reviews and comparison websites. My experience was very different. Within approximately two weeks of opening my account, I sent a total of 17 faxes consisting of 941 pages. At that point, the HumbleFax customer portal displayed a "Quota Reached" notice showing I had used 941 of 941 pages and reached 100% of my monthly capacity. The portal further stated that there were zero pages remaining for the billing period. At the same time, HumbleFax sent notices stating: "Page quota exceeded for current billing period." "Upgrade your plan or add credits." "Please select a plan to avoid account cancellation in 6 days." I subsequently received an email entitled "Account Suspended – Cancellation Reminder" stating that my account had been suspended due to a missed payment and that my fax number would be lost unless I updated my payment information within six days. This was surprising because: My account was opened on June 17, 2026. The service was sold as a month-to-month plan. My billing period was expected to continue until approximately July 17, 2026. The service had been marketed as "Unlimited Faxing" with "No monthly page limits." The screenshots from HumbleFax's own billing portal appear to show that the company internally prices plans according to monthly page-volume tiers: 500 pages = $10/month 1,000 pages = $19/month 1,500 pages = $28/month 2,000 pages = $35/month 2,500 pages = $42/month 3,000 pages = $49/month These screenshots raise a legitimate question: If the service is truly unlimited, why does the billing system appear to be structured around escalating page-volume quotas? In addition, I discovered limitations that were not prominently disclosed during signup, including restrictions on fax size and page counts. Based on my experience, the practical operation of the service appears inconsistent with the broad advertising claims of unlimited faxing. What was most frustrating was the lack of customer support. I requested a callback multiple times and sent numerous emails seeking clarification regarding my account status, billing, quota limitations, and suspension notices. Despite these efforts, I did not receive the level of response I expected from a paid business service. As a result of my experience, I believe consumers should carefully review the terms of service, usage limitations, and account restrictions before relying on the advertised "unlimited" claims. I am currently evaluating whether to submit complaints to consumer protection authorities regarding what I believe may be misleading advertising and billing practices. I encourage other customers who have had similar experiences to document their interactions, retain screenshots, and share accurate information regarding their experiences. The screenshots I have retained include: HumbleFax's public "$10 Unlimited Faxing" representations; Billing portal screenshots showing page-based pricing tiers; Notices stating that my quota had been reached; Suspension and cancellation notices; Usage records showing that my account was restricted after approximately 941 pages sent during a single billing cycle. Consumers deserve clear disclosures, transparent billing, and accurate advertising. Since trust pilot does not allow you to upload images no screenshots can be attached! Buyer beware! Inmid-July I updated to 2K, to send faxes, the amount hit 2,100, and I was unable to send out anymore faxes whatsoever! Humble fax is anything but humble!

We have limitations on what kind of usage qualifies for the unlimited account. You agreed and checked off that you read our terms upon signing up. To prevent abuse, mass faxing (sending the same fax to many recipients or many faxes to the same recipient) is one of those exclusions.

I would appreciate some kind of notice that faxes have been send; I rarely receive them, forget to look for them and prefer the client attach documents by email. Another staff just sent me the faxes from 7/14/26.

Your email address should receive a pdf attachment of the fax whenever a fax is received. If you are not, please send a ticket to [email protected] so we can troubleshoot this with you.
