USING SAVED CONTACTS CONFUSING!
Sending the fax has worked fine. My only problem is saving contacts. When I pick a saved contact there is no clear cut way to proceed to make my fax. I find myself pushing buttons hoping one will work.

Spam faxes unfortunately do occur sometimes. Best way to handle it is to go to your dashboard, received faxes, click the fax, go to fax details and click the "mark as spam" button. Future faxes from that phone number will subsequently be blocked. Please note that if they use a different number each time the spam filter will not work. At the top of the spam filter page is another toggle to block all faxes that do not have caller ids. Use this with caution as it can inadvertently block legitimate faxes if the sender does not provide a caller id number.

The fax was illegible, and we cannot see the details of the card that was sent to us via fax.

I understand you are experiencing low quality photographic "scans". The solution is to use a scanner or if you do not have one, to use your mobile device with a free app called Adobe scan. That will produce a document which has much better quality and will transmit much faster. Thank you for understanding, hope that helps.
