We sincerely apologize that your order arrived damaged and bent. This is definitely not the standard we set for our shipping and delivery quality. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. Thank you for your honest feedback. We are glad you like the bike design, but we sincerely apologize that the kickstand broke on the very first day. This is certainly not the durability standard we aim for at HYPER GOGO. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] so we can help arrange a proper replacement for your grandson. We appreciate your input as it helps us improve our components.

We apologize for the inconvenience with the valve stem. We completely understand how frustrating it is when inflating the tires becomes difficult. Many of our riders find that a simple valve extender easily solves this clearance issue. Please contact us at [email protected], and the HYPER GOGO support team will be happy to assist you with a solution so you can get the tires aired up and get back to riding smoothly.

We love hearing this! Seeing that big smile on your daughter's face is exactly why we created HYPER GOGO. Thank you for choosing us for her fast and fun outdoor adventures!

We are deeply sorry for the ongoing frustration you and your daughter have experienced. Having to spend so much time and money on shipping, and dealing with parts that do not fit perfectly, is completely unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for the severely delayed instructional videos. We understand how heartbreaking it is to see a 5-year-old child disappointed. Because of the extensive history of this technical issue, we want to escalate your case directly to our senior management team to find a genuine resolution for you. Please email us directly at [email protected] with the subject line "Escalation - Trustpilot Review" so we can make this right for your little girl.

Thank you for the simple and wonderful feedback! We always strive to make things as easy and enjoyable as possible for our HYPER GOGO family.
