Thank you for sharing this detailed feedback, and we're glad to hear your child enjoyed the experience, found the instructors well qualified, and came away with a new interest in robotics. We're sorry to hear he didn't have a tangible final project to show and could have used more support in completing it, that's valuable feedback we want to look into. We also want to address the discrepancy between the buffet lunch described in our marketing materials and what was actually provided, that gap shouldn't exist and we'd like to correct it. Please reach out to us at [email protected] or 1-888-709-8324 so we can learn more and address these concerns with our team.

Thank you for sharing this feedback, and we're glad to hear your son enjoyed the camp so much. We understand the desire for more visibility into each day, and we want to clarify that photos are typically available, and our team is happy to answer questions throughout the week if parents reach out. We're sorry that wasn't clear to you at the time. We also regret that the final day "graduation" felt rushed and didn't give him the chance to properly showcase his work, that's an important part of the week and we understand your disappointment given the cost of the program. We'd like to look into this further and make sure communication feels more accessible going forward. Please reach out to us at [email protected] or 1-888-709-8324 so we can share your feedback with our team.
