Thank you for your patience. We just checked the tracking details, and it appears the package was lost in transit by the carrier.
We are currently having them investigate, but please rest assured that we take full responsibility for this issue. If the package cannot be located, we will be happy to either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

I have no idea why my last review is not showing but i cannot stress enough how terrible this business is. I never received my order and they refused to refund me.
Received another marketing email from them today. Shocked they are still in business and worried for any future customers.
Order #17790, from December 2025. I was staying with family in the US so the order has my mother in laws name and address.

When I tried to return this item for a refund I was given a address in china. It will cost more money to mail it back than I paid for the dress. It was late and not able to be used for the event it was purchased for.
I got this outfit for my 7 yr old granddaughter, it fit her perfectly and the quality was great.
She’s absolutely thrilled and will be wearing for her birthday party.
An it arrived must soon then I expected, keep up the good work, definitely will be using you again.
It didn’t arrive in time, I never received any communication when I was messaging about the status of shipping. I can’t figure out how to return the dress since It didn’t come in time.
I ordered the Zoey , Demon Hunters costume for my ten year old granddaughter. She loved it! The size 10 -12 fits her well.
The package arrived on time, as promised. I was pleased on how my order was handled.
It’s been over a month since I placed my order and I still have not received it. I reached out to support via email several times over the past couple weeks and no response. Would not recommend this scammy website
I ordered several costumes from ilovethedress just before Christmas for my daughters, to be delivered to Florida.
I still have not received my order and the company is refusing to refund me.
The shipping company they use, SpeedX, incorrectly flagged my delivery address as invalid. I confirmed with both SpeedX and ilovethedress that the address was correct, but after a long delay I was advised that the parcel had been sent back to the supplier.
Despite this being an issue caused by their chosen courier, ilovethedress will not issue a refund until they receive the returned parcel.
I did not choose the shipping company, and I have paid for items that I have never received and now may never receive. This is extremely disappointing customer service and puts all the risk on the customer for problems outside their control.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

***update*** your response is infuriating!! I had contacted the shipping company (late dec early Jan) and have email confirmation they were sending the package back to the supplier. I cc’d ilovethedress in my reply so they are fully aware of the situation. Regardless this is not my problem the seem to take no responsibility for the fact they work with a dodge shipping company (very poor ratings) and I have still not received my package or refund! Avoid, avoid, avoid.

My granddaughters love the dresses. They are made from good quality fabric, sizing was great, and price was just right. Shipping is a bit of a wait, but well worth it.
