用户怎么说
Great Concept, But Not Durable Enough
My kitten is totally obsessed with this toy! Normally, she gets bored with toys super fast, but this one is so fun that she can't stop playing with it. However, I was disappointed by its durability. After just a few days of play, it started to show signs of wear, and some parts came loose. While she loves it, I wish it could hold up better to her enthusiasm. It’s a shame, as the design is really engaging!

Dear Elizabeth LeMay, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about the toy. I’m thrilled to hear that your kitten is so obsessed with it and enjoys playing with it! However, I’m sorry to learn that you’ve encountered durability issues after just a few days of use. It’s disappointing when a product doesn’t hold up, especially when it brings so much joy to your pet. We appreciate your insights regarding the design and durability, as they are crucial for us to improve our offerings. If you would like to discuss this further or explore options for a replacement, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We want to make sure you and your kitten have the best experience possible. Instant Hits, But Then the Boredom Sets In
These toys were a big hit with my cats right away, but then they lost interest pretty quickly. I like to rotate some of their toys so that when we come back from a bike ride, they’re still excited to play!
