Hi Simone, Thank you for your lovely review. I think there may have been a little mix-up, as we create custom water transfer tattoos and aren’t a permanent tattoo studio. It sounds like you had a really great experience with a tattoo artist you visited, and I’m sure the studio would really appreciate your feedback. Gemma

Hey Kate, Thank you so much for your lovely review, I really appreciate it. I’m so glad the tattoos arrived quickly and that everything was easy to apply, and I’m happy we could get the address sorted for you too. Just to clarify about reversing the image - that’s not something you need to worry about. If you send the artwork the way you want it to appear on the skin, we will reverse it here before printing so that it transfers correctly. For example, in the design you uploaded the tentacles were facing to the right, and in the finished tattoos they’re facing to the left so that they apply correctly face down. So your original image was reversed during production before the tattoos were made. I hope that makes sense, and thank you again for your kind review. If you ever want to chat about artwork or have any questions, feel free to reach out to me directly and we can go through everything together. Gem
