What people say
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I ordered a tatoo for my husband and I needed it to arrive on a specific date as he needed to show it off as a joke at his company's celebration dinner. Due to some miscommunication, Gemma did not realise that this was a time sensitive order , but when I called her the day before the dinner to check on the progress - she went out of her way to make sure the tattoo was delivered via express delivery in time for the event. Great communication, great customer service - just be clear when you are ordering that you need it urgently :)
Perfect for the fickle
As someone who is terrified to commit to a permanent tattoo, finding inbound was amazing. It has given me the opportunity to try out designs with no regrets and there is always the option to order different designs for temporary wear even if I don’t decide to go the permanent route. So much fun. The customer service is also excellent - Gem was really responsive and helpful.
Size matters when it comes to writing
I ordered the size that was far too small, so the text was too small to read. I was trying to figure it out for placement on my back using a tape measure…and massively underestimated the size discrepancy! I think I looked at inches not cm!! 🫣 Gemma had extra produced free of charge as she knew the 5cm would be difficult to read, which was very kind. I purchased these as a trial for a tattoo that I wanted to get, so I now know to go much larger for the text when it comes to the real thing.
Great service
Great service, very fast turn round and great product. Very impressed.
What a fantastic experience!!
What a fantastic experience! I've never bought temporary tattoos before, so I honestly didn't know what to expect, but the level of customer service I received was genuinely amazing, and a last minute tweek to my design meant that final product turned out to be exceptional. I bought the items as a surprise for my group of friends when we go to an event in a couple of months, and they were all absolutely blown away by the quality. Thank you so much!!!
Design is just how expected!
The Best Tattoos...
This company is awesome. I've used them twice, and they are so receptive to everything. The quality is exceptional, and the packaging and the way they present their products is awesome too. Thank you, team Inkbound!
Simple to order and fast delivery.

The quality of the temporary tattoos…
The quality of the temporary tattoos that have been sent to me was shocking in my opinion. They sent through samples that they had done and that compared to the ones they sent that had made were shocking I wouldn’t even use them to sell for my business. Really not happy

Hi Kat, I'm very sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your order. I am surprised to read this review, as I haven't received any emails, calls or messages from you or your assistant to let me know there was a problem, and I'd always encourage you to contact me directly first so I have an opportunity to help. From my side, the only concern raised with your assistant during production was the quality of the artwork files provided which was very low, the images were very low reoslution (blurry). I requested higher-resolution versions, but was advised that you had none, so I worked with the files supplied and did my best to improve the quality before production. As these were your original designs, I couldn't completely redraw or recreate the artwork without altering it. I could only work with what was provided and do my best with it. If the issue relates to image quality, I'd be more than happy to re-make these with higher-resolution artwork if you have it, as this would allow for a much sharper final result. You only received the order a few days ago, and I'm very sorry to hear you're unhappy - that is the last thing I want. Please feel free to contact me directly so I can better understand your concerns and see whether there's anything I can do to help. Also Kat - just adding to this, I have never made you samples - the order you got with your 36 tattoos is the only order I have ever made for you, so I am not sure what you mean in that respect. I've emailed you directly, I would be grateful to have the opportunity to understand more about what has happened. Gemma
Ink on the deal…
Asked them for two designs to be made and they did plus a little extra. Trustworthy and reliable.
Great experience!
I am so impressed with this service! The custom design I uploaded came out perfectly, quick delivery and lovely packaging! Really professional and great quality - thank you :)

Watch out for the hidden fees guys
Watch out for the hidden fees guys. When my package arrived , I had to pay almost as much as the order to be able to release it. I do order a lot!!!! of stuff online and import fees do happen , but they dont handle the paperwork themselves and sub it out to UPS. This makes the fees so much higher. I tried to discuss this with them and basically the attitude was not our problem we told ypu in fine print that there may be fees. The product itself was ok, nothing special and a little pixelated but it was adequate. Love the idea of custom tattoos and stickers but many other tools available out there. And image editing is much easier with sites like canva.com Very highly recommend looking at other avenues guys.

Hi Jeff, I think there may have been a mix-up here. We’re InkBound, based in London in the UK, and we create custom water transfer tattoos (www.InkBound.co.uk). I can’t find any record of an order from you or anything sent to Canada, and I haven’t been in contact with you previously. Would you mind double-checking that your review is for the correct company? If it isn’t us, I’d really appreciate you removing it. If it is us, please do let me know directly so I can look into it properly, as I’m not seeing anything on our system. Thank you, Gemma
Tattoo’s for the London Marathon
I recently ordered multiple tattoos from InkBound to wear for the London Marathon as I wanted to display the invisible symptoms of brain injury that the client’s at the charity I was running for experience on a daily basis. They provided fantastic customer service when working with me on the design and a quality finish. Fast turnaround and delivery. Lots of people commented upon how real they looked. The tattoos were also very durable and still looked perfect after running with them on the front and back of my legs for 26.2 miles. Would highly recommend their bespoke service

Hi Gemma, Thank you so much for such a wonderful review. It was an absolute pleasure creating these for you. Seeing the photos and how amazing they looked, and hearing how much you enjoyed wearing them, really means a lot. I’m so glad I could create these for you and support such an important cause - it was a really special project to be part of. Thank you again Gem : )

Hi Jake, Thank you so much for your great review, I’m really glad you were happy with the tattoos. I always try to include a few extras where I can, especially with smaller designs, so I’m glad you’ve got plenty there to experiment with. Hopefully it helps you decide what you’d like to go for permanently. Thanks again Gem
