Bad Form/Selective Communication/Just Another Issue

Today I had a sale, but noticed that the provider was no longer connected to my etsy store. At this moment all of my 200 plus listings have disappeared, the result supposedly of no longer accepting my business license which is still CGC Designer Boutique even though I do business on Etsy as CecileGraceCharles. Without warning. Now, they are not returning my email when I asked if I need to open a new account. I am reconsidering whether I will do business with them or not. They are not completly professional.

I was so excited about what Inkedjoy…

I was so excited about what Inkedjoy advertised however, I have not been able to get them to respond to any email on either email address & the phone number does not work per whatsapp, So I am kindda bummed as I thought they would be a good option for me. Im hoping they see this and contact me with a reasonable explanation. It makes me wonder about the reviews indicating good customer service. How? When I cannot reach anyone. I would like for them to turn this experience around

They let me design from my iPad. How cool is that? Also, I have sampled their products and they are pretty good. The only thing is their turnaround time could be better but you cannot beat their prices because they are most likely shipping out of..🇨🇳

Inked Joy has some good or decent…

Inked Joy has some good or decent products, but this “Beach Towel” is definitely not one. I gave them a 1 star just for the actually print, but the material is like a cleaning rag … I don’t even know what type of material this is, but not towel quality by far. Very disappointed on top that it was supposed to be a gift and I get they have a holiday but 3 weeks of holiday for an entire company is crazy, I respect that but at least when you come back to work send a good product. This wasn’t the case.

These products are a hit or a miss. I ordered some shoes, sandals and a sleeveless shirt and these were pretty good. But I just waited since Feb 4th and today is Feb 20th to order their so called beach towel and got a thin, cheap cloth that looks like a banner instead of a towel. What the heck is this you all sent me. And it was for a gift I've been waiting for this item, I paid $17 plus shipping I believe, almost $20 and I got a thin cloth I thought it was the tee shirt, but noooooo. A super thin cloth, not even towel material. Not cool. I could of bought a real beach huge towel here for $10-15 dollars instead of this.

The quality is amazing

The quality is amazing. Great faux-leather, stitching quality is very good and the prints are amazing: bright, crisp and detailed. Shipping costs are very reasonable (There are also affordable options too), tracking works!!! The items are very nicely packaged (nothing arrived damaged) and the amount of time they take to make+Ship is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

The tool is decent but could be better

The tool is decent, but it is missing key functionality. You can not modify a design once it is created and pushed to your store. You will have to waste your time and design it all over again to make any change. They told me it was designed that way so there is no way working around this problem. You also can not duplicate a design and start editing it as a new design. Shipping can take awhile.

Strong customer service responses, good products so far; user experience a tad wanting

As per other reviewers, responses from Wendy [just 1 person?; dunno really] are excellent. Huge contrast to another China-based company. So far, just got samples of 2 canvas prints, a canvas tote bag and a mug: very good, splendidly packaged. Now to see if they last... And how other orders go. The product design process isn't fully smooth: templates disappear when used to create products, for instance. But does work well; get a good idea of how a product might look. - and one good thing: I also ordered a t-shirt. Looked fine on screen, but I was messaged to explain my image wasn't so good for this. I uploaded another image, and it's now "in production". So care taken with just a single order, tiny for a big company; would have been so easy just to take my image and use it, never mind it wasn't really suitable. I'm using the Woocommerce plugin; does synchronise product name, photos inc mockup images. But right now, it's geared to shipping to one country/place; to use all other Inkedjoy options a tad more complex. And product design becomes "locked" once uploaded to store; don't see any info about this.

Surprised by the Quality, I have been looking for a manufacturer for my art on Clothing , The sundresses i ordered were very well constructed ...I.had only one issue with the elastic casing being a bit too tight , other than that , the colors and quality of the colors were wonderful , thx

needs improving

needs improving , cant use templates for other stores cant publish to multiple stores either , cant delete scrapped product designs from dashboard... it's not a very well made platform it needs some updating.

Nonexistent customer service regarding multiple issues

As long as inkedjoy needs me to pay for something they are attentive, but I have asked them multiple questions through their chat/ticketing system and they have not responded to me. I had a question about my first order, and they quickly sent me a tracking number when I placed the order, but the tracking number does not have any data in it, so I can only assume that they haven’t shipped it yet. I asked multiple times as to the status and have gotten no response. The Second issue I have is, if I could possibly use white buttons instead of black buttons as some of my designs are light colored. Again, no reply.

They are SCAMMERS!!

They are SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL! They refuse to issue a refund! So, I got involved with these scammers on my own and really regretted it. I wrote to their support team to have the design printed in the center of the pocket, but they still printed it so that half was on the pocket and half on the shirt. I sent a photo, but they wrote that this is how it should be and that they will not issue a refund! If you have problems with a design, then you should know that they won't help you at all! You'll also have to pay for shipping back such a bad quality item!

Great Variety of Products But Need Improvement!

Inkedjoy's agent, Wendy, is great, I'd give her 5 star, she is responsive to my questions and all my crazy customer complaints and helped fix problems with poorly made orders. I give the pod overall 4 star since lots of my orders was delivered with wrong sizes or torn, and. poorly sewn shirts. I lost many customers because of the sewing. I went from a star seller store on etsy to a non star seller because of all the 1 star I got from some of their products. ---> Quality control needs major improvement and design softwares need easier system than grids available to guess how much you enlarge your pattern by.

Disappointed in delivery, label misplacement, print quality leggings and products taken out of production.

Within a couple of weeks they took 5 out of seven from my chosen products out of production. I really spent a lot of time putting all my designs on each of them. So all for nothing (about 500 products). Then I ordered some samples, had to wait 2 months instead of 20 day max. I wanted to sponsor the Calistenics Championships, but due to the unreliable delivery I had to cancel it. Also the print quality for the yoga leggings where very bad, with all the white coming true, the labels on the boots and some other items where all misplaced. Also the shipping is very expensive and calculated per item, even though they sent everything together in one box and takes way too long! The print quality of the high boots and lumber boots and all over print sweater and padded Jacket where good.
