I’ve just done a test order. Having read all the shipping info in detail,I was disappointed that it took almost 5 weeks to arrive. The colours and print quality were good, but the packaging was appalling. When you order a dress, you certainly don’t expect to receive it stuffed into a A5 sized bag, causing a lot of creasing. I am seeking a reliablePOD company, but the delayed delivery and poor packaging makes me very reluctant to choose them. It creates a poor image that could ruin my reputation.

** Update - Their website does not sync with my Etsy shop anymore. I've contacted them multiple times, and this problem still has not been taken care of. Tracking details are promised within 24 hours according to my settings, but I receive them in well over 48 hours. Shipping takes forever! I chose the 8-16 day delivery time, and they don't get delivered for 20-30 days. I've had to issue 3 refunds because of this. Prices are good, but not worth dealing with the delivery times and angry customers asking "Where's my order".
If they are to compete with CJ Dropshipping or others of the like, they need to make some serious changes. Their sister company, Eprolo, does a fantastic job, but customization is not available. However, Eprolo's customer service is superb and syncs with Etsy great. If you use Eprolo, make sure and choose US Express Shipping if you're going to have your order delivered quicker.

I'm impressed, but there are some things that can be added or fixed. Syncing with Etsy isn't always seamless. I get errors more often than not. If I receive an order, I would expect to see it at least within the hour so I can pay and get it shipped. That doesn't always happen so I'm either forced to wait, or purchase and add the shipping details on my own. We have to compete with Amazon, so turn-around should be better.
Customer service is good, but I don't think they fully read what the problem is. When it is working, tracking details are provided rather quickly. On their holidays, everything is closed down. This is not good for our customers.
My customers are happy with the quality of the clothing though. All in all, it's a great starting point. When sales of a particular item increase, it's best to purchase in bulk and ship them yourselves.

They don’t have such an option returning at all and they give you any reason not to return (say that the goods are still on the way, the delivery time has not passed) they have warehouses in America and Canada, but they ship from China, you can also order from Aliexpress. They almost don’t answer especially when you write to them to return the money just ignore. I tell them that the client did not receive the package.I tell him please refund the money and they do not answer just ignore me.
