Hey Russ, it means the world to us that you would take the time to give us such detailed feedback. Hearing an experience like yours is something we really hold up as a north star - I'm a little anxious every time a family calls us that they will be the ones that we drop the ball on, they will be the ones we screw up with, they will be the ones who regret using us. Honestly I'm just afraid every time that we are going to add more pain to whatever they are going through. Knowing that we were able to provide you the right kind of support in the right way at the right time (or some alchemy of those together) reassures me that we're at least focusing on the right things.
