This company is a complete SCAM. I ordered the hanging rods advertised on Facebook. I have waited for 2 months and have not received my order. It seems that it was delivered to my address, and that is a complete lie. I spoke to the supervisor at the local post office, and they scanned the label on the package to mark it as delivered to my address, but it was not. Apparently, a lot of people here in the Texas area that I live in ordered the same thing, and they were using the barcode to scan and say it was delivered to my address, and it was a complete lie. I have been back and forth with this company and they will not bulge on getting me my refund.
I purchase 2 electric spray air hairbrushes for $69.99 before this company ship this item, I saw the same product in Walmart and Amazon for $7.99 I send a email to cancel my order because they didn't ship yet. They answer me and ask me to wait until they brush arrive to give them opportunity that they product is soooo much better quality that Walmart and Amazon, and if I don't like it they going to help me for the return. THIS COMPANY NEVER HELP ME WITH THE RETURN THEY ARE SCAM. When I receive these brushes, they were the same quality that Walmart and Amazon. They ask me to be shipping to China and pay for the cost???? Refuse to help me with the return.
I ordered an item and kept getting "item is in transit" emails. I contacted them and got the same response. Well, that was mid-April and now it's late July. Total scam. Don't buy from them.
Never received what I ordered. The tracking showed it went to Luling, Tx and I am in Waco, TX. they told me to contact the post office about tracking. Post office said the tracking number was not a valid tracking number. Then they told me that it magically had been delivered, but I never received it. got a complete runaround. I can't stress this strongly enough- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Although it was an unknown carrier, I got notifications constantly whenever there were any updates, which I really appreciated.
The product arrived a couple of weeks after I ordered it because it came from Europe. So keep that in mind!

Piece of junk. Doesn't cut through cardboard as advertised. Took way to long to arrive. Ad "indicates" that it is a local company......not true! False advertising at it's best. pricey junk!
