Teacher Zhang performs lessons in a friendly and understandable way. She helps me a lot to improve my communicating skills. Each lesson is carefully prepared and my learning is reinforced in a fun and relaxing way. The customer service is amazing, responsive and helpful. Highly recommended Instant Mandarin to everyone who want to learn Mandarin. I definitely continue to have lessons with Instant Mandarin.
I've always loved to learn about China, their culture and language. But because I do travel, and I haven't always the same weekly schedule, it has been challenging to find a language school to fit my necessities. In one hand, this is why I love Instant Mandarin so much, they have a great study plan for every level, they make sure in every class to answer all doubts and they make sure you feel always sustained at every step. On the other hand, there is the freedom you have to choose the schedule suits you better and organise yourself your study time. In spite of the geographical distance, I feel closer to my Chinese teacher in Instant Mandarin than other Chinese teachers I had in languages school in my own town. So for me, everything is advantages when it comes to learning in Instant Mandarin.
I love this service. We have worked with them for about 4 months and I can definitely see the increase in my daughter's level with Mandarin. Their prices are good and they have teachers at the times that we need them. We have one teacher that we work with who is super awesome and amazing. I highly recommend Instant Mandarin.
Very affordable way to increase our daughter's 1-on-1 conversation time in Chinese! Her teacher is warm and friendly and our daughter, who is 6, greatly enjoys class! The customer service is responsive and helpful as well!
I have tried multiple online resources before I came across Instant Mandarin. I am not looking any further as these guys are perfect. Their teachers are professional and fun. The lessons are tailored to my needs and enjoyable. There is a good balance of reading and speaking. The scheduling system of this program is absolutely brilliant: I don't think there's even a notice requirement. All I do is to pick a day and an hour and there is always a teacher available at the shortest notice. Best platform out there by far!
Thanks for the wonderful words Sasha :)
Thanks Cecilia :)
We are happy with the product as it suits our needs and the company is responsive to our requests. The customer service is prompt and the teachers are warm and engaging for my child.
Very glad to hear you’re happy with our service :)
I have enjoyed learning with Instant Mandarin. Its website is clear and very informative that helped me to access into the course easily. Learning time is structured in a way that I can learn in my local time. Daily lesson with new words, grammar patterns and a short dialogue is concise enough to present its relevant content. I can practice right away what I have learned with the teacher. Whenever I cannot download the lesson or access the class, just a moment after sending email to the person in charge, my problem is solved. In my opinion, Mandarin is a professional program.
Thanks Thu, we’ll continue to work hard so you continue to learn and enjoy through our program :)
My daughters and I love taking classes with Instant Mandarin! The teachers are wonderful - very friendly, encouraging, and patient. It is obvious that they have a lot of experience teaching Chinese online. They will speak only in Chinese if that is what you prefer, or they can explain things in English if needed. The customer service is excellent. The check in to make sure everything is OK, and if there is an issue, they respond promptly and solve the problem. We are extremely pleased with Instant Mandarin; we have learned so much in the past couple of months, and we look forward to continuing learning with IM!
Appreciate the lovely words Deborah, glad you feel that way :)
My 6 and 8 year olds enjoy their classes at Instant Mandarin a lot, they love their teachers and have fun in every class.
Glad your kids are having fun with their lessons :)
Excellent resource for learning Mandarin! The teachers are cheerful, kind, patient, and explain things well. There is a very good balance of explanation in English when necessary with conversational practice and training in Mandarin. The customer service is amazing...I have always gotten very prompt replies, and all of my questions/concerns are quickly and completely answered. Strongly recommend! I bought a package of classes and wish that I had purchased a larger one.
Thanks Kathryn, very much appreciate your comments and will try and continue to deliver a good service :)
An excellent resource for learning colloquial Chinese.
Thanks Paul, glad you thought so :)
Love using instant mandarin! Everyone is so helpful and responsive as far as customer service goes. My teacher is so awesome and has really helped me move forward with my mandarin learning. I’ve been taking lessons for four months and my mandarin learning has been exponential since starting lessons with instant mandarin!
Thanks for the lovely words Rocky :)
InstantMandarin is amazing! From the fun and engaging teachers to the responsive communicators, InstantMandarin has provided a great service to develop my skills in Mandarin! I felt stuck in the intermediate plateau, but their material and teaching has helped encourage and push me to learn a richer vocabulary in application to a wider set of situations.
Thanks Matt, glad you feel that way :)
