Your original quote included a frame, but during the selection process you chose the “no frame” option—which also includes a note clarifying that we can’t guarantee fit with other brands, and recommending our frames for best results. It’s something many customers do when they already own one of our frames, but we understand how that step could be overlooked or misunderstood. As for the weights, the heavy-duty frame you later purchased features a wider leg profile—part of its added strength—which can limit compatibility with generic accessories. It’s a trade-off that supports durability, but we understand your concerns. We’ll continue working on making all of this as clear as possible upfront, and we appreciate your honest feedback.
