I bought direct and the experience was great
I live in UK and ordered a portable display direct from Intehill, after buying my first one from Amazon Business. I had made a mistake in my order, so I contacted them and they replied within a few hours. My order was rectified and I received the correct display within 2 days. Given my recent experiences, I would say that their customer service is better than the one from Amazon Business.
