Hot Wheels track and cars
Same as others...advertising clearly shows track and cars $24USD. When package arrives it is only the fours which they state as "bonus cars" which make you think they are in addition to the track...... to further confuse the issue.
DON'T SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY - UNRELIABLE AND A RIP OFF! I ordered a race track, which included the offer of 4 free cars. When the order arrived, only the cars were in the package. When enquiring with the company they simply said that the warehouse had packed the parcel and offered a $3 compensation for a $24USD item. I said this wasn't sufficient when I hadn't received my goods.
No support, no care for the breaking of consumer laws. I will be disputing with my bank. Don't buy from these scammers

I only received the “bonus” cars. I ordered four sets of race tracks. Around $100 Canadian. Got dollar store quality cars. No chance to return or get refund. Going to see if Visa will retract my payment.
Absolute scam. My experience was the same as everyone else by the sounds of it. Sent me 4 cars and no track. Told me it had been delivered. B@&$sh1t like this sucks. Do not make a purchase with this company.
This is a scam. They send you the ‘bonus’ gift and claim you’ve received the item you paid for because their warehouse has checked and not found any missing items. The instant turnaround for their responses tells you how prepared they are for any queries

Do not buy from this company, they scam you buy offering products on their site, but they dont send all products, then try to offer tiny amounts for "refunds" which they tip toe around and not give you.
Package wasn’t delivered and when I asked where it was they told me to check the post office although I had received an email saying it had been left in a safe place. I received four cheap cars and had ordered a track. Complete scammers. They need to be stopped from taking money from people. I’m so annoyed

They send no paperwork after you place an order, they take more money than they should from your account, they then send part of your order (4 cheap cars but no track) and tell you the whole thing has been sent, despite the fact the postage weight only accounts for the bag and cars, and the tracks cannot physically fit in the postage bag they send.
They will offer “goodwill” gesture of a few US dollars. They use the same script as other reviews that are coming through now. They are taking money for tracks do not exist.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option, and I am sure anything remotely positive in any of their reviews, they have they written themselves.
Ordered a $30 race track and only received four little Cars that were apparently an added ‘gift’. When I contacted them about the missing track, they went on a spiel about how it would cost too much to return the item but if I wanted to I could at my own cost. I explained again that I didn’t receive the item and they offered me a $2 rebate and said that’s the best they could do.
A BIG SCAM! They will only send you 4 cars and no racing track! If you contact them they will not recognize an error and will offer to refund you $2. I don’t understand how business like these can still run.
I ordered a "DIY Flexible Racing Track Toy" which was said to come with race cars. I received the cars and did not receive what I actually ordered. Their customer service insisted their warehouse made no mistake and I was sent the correct thing despite me sending them the delivery service pictures and my own to prove they did not actually send me the product I ordered. All they said they could do was refund me $5 which is a joke as I paid $30 for a product they failed to send me. Save your money and don't buy from this company.
Bad news. Only half my order was delivered (4 cars and no track) and the company maintains that I didn't order the track when it was clearly shown in my order confirmation. They offered a tiny refund - 3USD - which was not worth pursuing. Definitely a fraudulent scam .. steer clear!
Found them through a facebook ad for a racetrack with a set of bonus cars. Track never arrived only the cars. The order page clearly stated that the sale is track+cars.
Avoid, likely fraudulent.
I was charged for shipping when free shipping was advertised and tried to cancel the order right away and they refused to cancel the order even though their policy is that it can be canceled before it ships. They refused to refund me the difference so I am forced to go through the cc company to straighten out. Not honest people don't deal with them.
I ordered some egg poachers 5weeks ago and . . . Nothing. Don’t get me wrong - they were real fast in taking the money but I’ve not seen any egg poachers and they don’t respond to attempts to contact them. This company is totally fraudulent.
They suck. I ordered 3 phone charging cords and they never arrived. They show still at a location 2 hours from me. They've been there for weeks. This wasn't a cheap lesson, $40. Wouldn't trust them ever.
