If I could give this company no stars I would. I bought their Multifunctional Pedal Resistance Band a month ago. In my first few minutes of using it, the foot strap broke and the whole foot bar came flinging back into my face at high speed. It left a black bruise on my chin. When I tried to contact the customer support with what happened and even pictures of the broken product and my face, they said they could only offer a $6 refund for a $30 purchase.

Do NOT order from these people its a scam. I ordered pool floats for a trip to Bali and was assured of a delivery time and then it took a week for them to send it hence arriving after we leave. It says its from USA but its from China. When approaching them to ask why the delay they told me it was the weather. They are useless and not worth an order.

After waiting for a month for a packet of seeds, I was told they were delivered by USPS. They were never received. What a ripoff. Do not order from this company.

Hi Team. Unfortunately item was poorly packed and when arrived had been crushed. I have talked to the couriers and they are sorting for me. Sad thing is it has cost me 4 jobs that I had booked. But that's life. I'm looking forward to the replacement inductance tester as I have items of my own I'm keen to use it on. Cheers Team.

Ordered an item online never rcvd
Ordered an item online not realizing it was an out of country shop. Weeks later after not receiving it, I emailed for info. They gave me a tracking which stated it was delivered to my mailbox two wks prior. I never rcvd it but they told me to ask my mail carrier or neighbors. After my 2nd inquiry to Intelligenck they sent me a different tracking number which wasnt even showing up on their link for tracking. The USPS does not recognize their tracking numbers either. There's no pictures of where it was supposedly delivered. They say "oh well they're sorry" & refuse to refund or cancel my order so I can get my money back or even send me a replacement. I am disputing this sale with Paypal to try to get my money back.
Ordered over a month ago
Ordered over a month ago. Started getting notifications on the packages travel path. So far so good. Then I noticed that it was sent to a remote part of South Australia- I’m in Victoria!! I let them know via email- was told that it’s still tracking ok!! Ummmm NO it’s not! The tracking link is no longer working and I feel like the next steps I take will be the request my money back through the bank- as the company I bought the item through have not meet me get my money back.!! Scammers!!
Buyer BEWARE!!
I ordered an apron from this company. I never received it. I checked Ring, neighbors and my yard. I emailed customer service and have never received such poor service in my life. The tracking number I received was only trackable with a paid app. Their poor customer service just emailed me over and over with the same responses. Buyer BEWARE
Disgusting Company
They only sent four small cars. They did not send the flexible track. They had the audacity to offer me a measly USD 2. They then suggested that I would have to send back the four cars! Do not buy anything from these people.

What a disgusting business. I ordered a race track which cost over $50 AUD and received 4x 50c cars. The condescension wasn't insulting when I reached out to customer service. The correspondence has been deliberate and offensive. I see the reviews are similar. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. My mistake.
