This was my first time obtaining an international license for my husband and I. My license was delayed however my husband received his license just before our trip to Switzerland. I am extremely frustrated with my experience regarding the delivery of my license. It's been two months since I placed my order, and all I've received are vague emails asking me to check with neighbors, family, or colleagues to see if they collected the package. This feels like a complete runaround.
It seems evident that my money has been taken without any resolution in sight. The lack of accountability and poor communication from the company is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with this service.

Very quick delivery of the online license, easy to understand web portal, documents easy to upload, no glitches. Unfortunately delivery of hardcopy license was delayed due to poor choice of courier service.

The IDP from IDA is not valid in Thailand, despite their claims that it is - on my bike I presented a policeman with the card and the booklet and he did not accept it - I had to go to their office and pay 500 baht, and I asked the traffic police what is acceptable, and he showed me what a valid IDP looks like for Thailand - it does not look like the one offered by IDA and it cannot be obtained online - you need to apply in person with your overseas driving license at the nearest land transport office (or take a test if you don't have a driving license) - don't bother with any "online" service - they may have good customer service, but this is irrelevant if the license is not accepted in the country you are in or want to go to - don't waste your time and money and do thorough research beforehand about how to obtain what you need, officially

Fairly easy to do, but the picture downloads are not clear on the instruction on the drivers license loading if you don’t fill up the square with a picture.

Great service; responsive, attentive and prompt. Unfortunately the license was sent to a wrong address and therefore didn’t arrive before I travelled. However, the team at IDA resolved the problem and sent a new one to the correct address. All of the people I dealt with at IDA took responsibility to resolve the issue. Thank you

I have applied and paid for a digital international driving permit. I took photos of the order. I think I have been scammed. I have received nothing not even a confirmation email and the money has been taken. When I try and go onto the website to contact them it says the website is down. I put in my order number and it says it is incorrect.
