An International Driving Permit (IDP) is a legal document that allows you to drive or rent a car in several foreign countries. It is also a United Nations regulated travel document, ensuring your safety and peace of mind while abroad. Since our inception in 2014, we’ve proudly served over 10,000 customers from 150+ countries. Our permits comply with the strict guidelines of the Geneva Convention on Road Traffic, signed on 19 September 1949, ensuring global recognition across 190+ countries.
The experience was very easy and quick to process, with minimal issues in applying for the application. However we experienced a problem as I used the same phone to do mine and my father in law's application the companies system duplicates the orders. This was however raised on there systems and we was advised by a employee named jack, who was very helpful in resolving all our issues.

Mainly Lily, also Jack and others where very kind and efficient. And when I saw the IDL was not what I looking for put easily the refund policy in place.
The problem is that I din't see that this is not a drivers licence, but a complement to a drivers licence. They should mention that very clearly

I recently had trouble receiving my international Driver's Permit from a shipment by FedEx. They have fake refund policy 😞 I applied the license and I asked the transport authority they said it's not valid instantly with in 6 hours I contact for refund after 5 days continued chat they agreed to refund half money
But they didn't, I did email 15 days continue they replied 8 days we will do but after that now they stop replying me
Please If you can't remove the refund policy from website don't make fool the people
