IDA was exceptional. Last Friday I applied for an international drivers license. Late that Friday night I noticed that I had entered the wrong year for my birth date. At once I sent them an email. Today, three business days later, I received my international license in the mail with the correct birth date. Customer service is great

Couple of days ago i placed an order for IDP and there was some mistakes and a girl from support named ms. Ivy helped me to correct it then till today my package wasn’t moved from china and whenever i asks about it to the support team they always gave me lame excuses and today when i went to support team I asked for the same girl ms. Ivy and she found the issue and sent me a correct tracking number before her i think I’ve talked with 4or5 peace no one didn’t know or maybe didn’t care much about the issue but thankfully she found it and gave me plus she gave me an assurance that she will keep on tracking my order till I get the package. Compared to my first driver's license that I got in my home country Mozambique, which took 5 months to complete, I completed the procedure and got my IDP from IDA within less than 5 mins.
