Couldn’t find my package and of all other support team one nice lady who helped me first helped me again to retrieve it.
Couple of days ago i placed an order for IDP and there was some mistakes and a girl from support named ms. Ivy helped me to correct it then till today my package wasn’t moved from china and whenever i asks about it to the support team they always gave me lame excuses and today when i went to support team I asked for the same girl ms. Ivy and she found the issue and sent me a correct tracking number before her i think I’ve talked with 4or5 peace no one didn’t know or maybe didn’t care much about the issue but thankfully she found it and gave me plus she gave me an assurance that she will keep on tracking my order till I get the package. What a person. Im so thankful to that person to put out of my misery. She’s the best at what she do i mean it. Thank you 🙏🏻
