AI 生成Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the online application process is remarkably simple, and digital copies of permits arrive very quickly via email. People truly appreciate the smooth, professional service and find the platform extremely efficient for handling travel documents without any stress. However, some customers also noted notable delays in receiving the physical document by mail or mentioned waiting longer for actual physical copies. Some reviewers were left waiting for updates regarding their physical delivery status after successfully completing the initial fast online application steps.

Internationally Worthless Paper
1968 the United Nations decided, that for international travel you need a GOVERNMENT ISSUED international driving permit. This website belongs to no government. If you are checked by the police you may be arrested. If you get into an accident, you are NOT eligible for insurance.
Can we put a negative star
Can we put a negative star? It’s been months, no responses to emails, no responses to the socials, no responses through their contact us page. No other contact methods. No hard copy ever arrived. No refund for as ever given. Absolute scam. If you get pulled over even with the digital copy you will be fined. This has to be the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Fool me once, shame on you!
The process was smooth and instant
The process was smooth and instant. Since this was my first use of this site, i was a little worried, but the car rental company in Krakow completely accepted the license without any fuss whatsoever. I'd highly recommend this service - Mercer Island, WA, USA

SCAM WARNING UPDATE
SCAM WARNING UPDATE Some time after I wrote my previous review, they finally contacted me an agreed to proceed with a refund (no idea if it's a real intention or not) HOWEVER, at the same day they additionally charged my card for roughly 30 EUROS without my authorization at all. I asked them instantly: "wtf?" I guess you know what happened next — no response. ONCE AGAIN, AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST. I'll keep sending updates regarding the whole process. UPD: they issued a partial refund: 30 euros instead of 40 even though I contacted them within the first 2 hours and 6 minutes.
SCAM WARNING
SCAM WARNING – AVOID AT ALL COST First of all, the service they provide in theory is shady at minimum and not legit AT ALL. They intentionally use the "IDP" name to trick you into thinking that's the same as the original one obtained through government sources. The service they provide is simply a fake unofficial copy of the real IDP that can put you into real troubles if you provide it to any official authority. Not only that, they LIE numerous times, and, unfortunately, I was in rush and stupid enough to fall for it. Let's count the lies: 1) You receive digital version within 1 business day — LIE, I haven't received anything after 2 days. 2) You can request a refund — LIE, I requested a refund after I realized it's a scam within the first 2 hours. Still no any response despite my numerous attempts to reach them. 3) Accepted in 180+ countries — LIE, it literally can create additional troubles and fines if you present it to police. Go filter the reviews by negative and you'll learn even more stories. Don't fall for the FAKE and PAID reviews here.
