The shipping time was not accurate

The shipping time was not accurate. When buying, the estimated shipping time was 3 work days or so. After paying then you receive a notification saying that the shipping may take more time (around 20 days!) Im traveling in the next 2 weeks and now im worried that there might be problems if I dont have the physical ID in time.

Scam despite the good reviews

Despite the good reviews, it looks like a scam. Digital permit are useless and not valid to drive in Indonesia. I want to cancel my order and I asked for a full refund a few minutes after making my order—to respect their 2-hour policy. I guess they just steal money all around the world and do not respect their refund policy. Order number: #876015807

Getting an International Driving Permit…

Getting an International Driving Permit was quick and easy — I just needed my local license, a photo, and a small fee. The permit is recognized in many countries and includes translations, which made renting a car abroad much smoother. It’s not a replacement for your regular license, but it’s a useful backup and adds peace of mind when driving internationally. Highly recommend if you plan to drive in another country.

SCAM 100%

This is scam 100%. It's plain and simple. International Travels Permit (i'm not even sure if they are real) is not authorized to issue IDP. So whatever paper/digital copy they give you will not be legal, and you'll get in trouble. Your IDP can only be issued by your local government. And maybe some associations that are authorized by AIT / FIA. But for my country, only the government can do that. I found out because I applied for 1949 IDP format with 3 years option, and this website issued that to me. Then I realized 1949 format can only valid for 1 year, but this website can give whatever years they want. After asking them about it, they ask me if I want to change back to 1 year. We're talking about convention that agreed by countries, you have to follow its format in order to be legal, you can't just anyhow change it when your customer requested it. If you complain about it like me, you'll get full refund. This is to ensure that you won't make noise and affect their other potential customers. For most people they are not aware they're holding a fake permit (as I said above, some car rentals employees or even policemen might not even realize it's fake), life goes on as normal. But when you're in trouble it's gonna be way more expensive (fine & bad record in that country). This is a lucrative business because they can still charge oblivious people like me, and only a small percentage of them ask for refund, which is still very profitable for them. Please stay away from this to protect yourself. Get your permit from local government or AIT / FIA authorized organisations. Do careful research. They take advantage of your urgency (since you're traveling to a new country and you need it desperately).

Il documento che ho ricevuto non è valido per guidare all'estero, anche se usato insieme alla patente Italiana come loro dicono. Ho inviato una mail segnalando il problema e richiedendo il rimborso ma non hanno mai risposto. -- The document I received is not valid for driving abroad, even if used together with the Italian license as they say. I sent an email reporting the problem and requesting a refund but they never responded.

The online process to apply for an international travel permit was quick, easy, with clear uploading instructions and readable graphic. Probably there was no sufficient clarity regarding how long it would take to receive the digital ITP document (the time frame was indicated with 'as soon as possible'; my travel companion received it in about 4h; I received in about 24h). Also: be aware that –depending on your travel destination– the delivery of your paper or digital ITP document might NOT be the final step in order to obtain a VALID international travel permit; you might have to present such paper or digital document to a local office/authority, that releases the final valid driving document. That is, you might have to get in touch with local authorities to receive conclusive instructions about how to obtain a final legitimate ITP document. This info is not directly provided in the emails you receive through the application process, but is provided in the website FAQ. Overall, I would rate the process as easy and efficient. So I would recommend it.
