CAUTION : HUGE SCAM I ordered an International travel permit and paid extra for the printed version that was supposed to be sent to me in 15 - 20 business days (which is A LOT btw and is not even announced when you buy the option). Despite the fact I never received the printed copy even a month and a half later, I GOT FINED for the Digital version in Egypt because apparently it was not valid and not accepted by police even though it was written on their website. I almost went to JAIL for this. They kindly accepted to give me a refund BUT ONLY PARTIAL. And of course they offered me 5 Euros if I gave them a positive review (this email was sent automatically as the order confirmation) so you can be sure that ALL REVIEWS on TRUSTPILOT and Google are fake...

I deeply regret choosing ITP for my IDP…
I deeply regret choosing ITP for my IDP services. My purpose remains unresolved, and even after the promised date has long passed, I have still not received the physical copy of my IDP. In today’s fast world, it is shocking that such a simple process takes an eternity. The tracking link they shared only highlights endless delays from both ITP and DHL. This has been by far the slowest, most disappointing service experience I’ve ever come across. If this is the standard they take pride in, it speaks poorly of their commitment to customers. I would strongly urge ITP to refine their process immediately or at least provide proper escalation support — because as a customer, I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. — Vishwanath Muralitharan

Please allow us to clarify for other readers: every order is processed immediately and customers receive a digital copy within 24 hours, which can already be used in many situations while waiting for the physical booklet. The physical document is shipped internationally via DHL, and while delivery usually takes 15–20 business days, delays can unfortunately occur due to customs and local postal handling, which are beyond our direct control. In your case, the tracking shows the document is already on its way, and we are closely monitoring the shipment. We have also contacted DHL to push for updates.
