interplas® - (International Plastics)

Hi Binod, sorry these bags weren't what you wanted. We get the frustration. We checked your whole order to be sure. It came in through your request for quote for Custom Ice Bags with Plain Top with Twist Ties, and you approved that same spec on the quote and again on the art proof before we printed. So what shipped matches what was approved. We're not perfect, and when a mistake is ours, we make it right, no question. With custom print, getting it right means locking the spec down with you first. You approve the quote, then the proof, then we print exactly that. Those checkpoints are there so that what ships is what you signed off on. We'd still rather help than argue. Lynn has tried to reach you a few times to see if we can get you the drawstring bags you're after. Give us a call at 800-820-4722, and we'll work out the best way forward.
