Poor Customer Service
Your customer service rep (I didn't get a name) called to tell me there was a problem with my credit card. I was standing at my credit card terminal in my store so I ran my card for a $. went thru fine. told csr that her response was for me to call my cc company. I said I think the problem was on your end. She said nope. I told her to cancel the order I would just buy from someone else. She said have a good day and hung up. Next day I get an email that the order has been processed and has been shipped. Wonder how??? Any please remove me from your data base. I won't be buying from you in the future. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER.

We are very pleased with the plastic bags we purchase from International Plastics. The ordering process is easy, the purchasing assistant is very helpful and has offered valuable suggestions. The bags are well made, strong and of a perfect size for the supplies we put into them. Delivery is quick and the boxes arrive in very good condition,
