Zero Stars
I purchased 29 Nov 25, items were tracked from Idaho Falls USA to South Australia then stopped on the 27 Dec 25. When I enquired about it on the 7-Jan 26 they said they were expediting the transport. Then there was new tracking number from another state in Australia. When I received the items on the 09Jan 26 it wasn't what was ordered. They said sorry the product I ordered was currently out of stock. (Their website was still offering it for sale) They offered me 6USD, I paid 86USD for my order. After going back and forth with them I put a claim in with PayPal. They and Paypal requested I send the items I received to an address in China. I did as I was told. Australia Post gave me a tracking number on 2-Feb 26 which then stopped on 9-Feb 26 in Shenzhen China. Now PayPal has denied my claim. So save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BUY from this place. They also went by the name Noa Spark Energy Co Ltd. Edit: I contacted PayPal again regarding this transaction and they have now found in my favour and refunded the amount paid. Happy not to be scammed.
