The cow itself is nice albeit a little expensive , the attaching clip was broken and needs to be repaired or replaced before being used , And your tracking updates where usless because as it came through my door tracking said it was still in the USA but hey ho its here.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered an item and received the item but I wanted to return it. Numerous emails asking to confirm return address but they kept trying to offer "good will gesture" £2.00!!!. I have reported the issue to Paypal. We have as a consumer the right to return an item, so hopefully Paypal shall get it resolved.

Not Even A 1Star…

I am struggling to even give it a 1Star as I'm not allowed to give it zero. I ordered some things for Christmas presents in mid November ... they still have not arrived. I have complained but every time I am told to go check the Post Office (this despite in being a courier company that was supposed to have delivered them). I have asked several times for a refund but I am told it has been delivered so I cannot get one. So, it is either delivered or it is still at the post office despite being (allegedly) delivered by a courier company. They are impossible to deal with and I would honestly advise anyone NOT to deal with them.

NO SHOW CHRISTMAS GIFTS Christmas gifts ordered on 23/11/2024…

Christmas gifts ordered on 23/11/2024 from an ad on Instagram. Got tracking updates from America through to Canterbury, UK (they were for the south of England) up to 20/12/2024 and then nothing. No Christmas presents. Emailed them and they said they’d send out a new package - again nothing. DON’T TOUCH THEM.

Bought two hats and a pair of gloves. Cheaply made and cost me £40. Ordered and tried to stop within 5 minutes but they said it was on its way. 3 weeks later.....

Appalling company, total scam, sent me a fake unusable product (umbrella. ) and then would not allow me to return it or claim refund

I've been SCAMMED

I've been SCAMMED I bought loose trousers from Invaluablei in the size that their SIZE CHART indicated was a UK size 22. When they arrived the trousers are a size 14/16 and their customer service asked me to send a photo of the inside label, which I did. They came back to me stating that the trousers I received, are the trousers I ordered. NO MENTION of their SIZE CHART! They offered me a £2 good faith gesture on a £20 order!

These are a classic

These are a classic. It seems to be difficult to find a decent pair of leather shoes for a child today, but these are great. My 7 year old son loves them, and says he will never wear a different shoe. This is our 2nd pair (he outgrew the first, but they still looked great). His opinion may be impacted by the fact he plays soccer, but I hope he doesn't deviate from this opinion as he gets older.
