I ordered a Botox Face Serum (USD 41.06) . I received a C vitamin serum. I sent emails to sort out and explain they made a mistake. I have sent an email, that they dont answer and keep redirecting me to an online chat with no one to talk. It is ridiculous, there is no way that the company can be contacted. I want to send back the C vitamin serum, and get my money back. The kept telling me that i should keep the wrong product. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Customer service sending the same emails. Again and again.

I ordered a Botox Face Serum (£29.52) . I received a C vitamin serum. I sent emails to sort out and explain they made a mistake. Their email says that according to their wearhouse they sent the right product. I want to send back the C vitamin serum, and get my money back. They offered me 3USD instead. I am fuming 😤 THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Customer service sending the same emails. Again and again.
