I had an issue with an automatic renewal that I hadn’t noticed for several months. Although I wasn’t eligible for a full refund under their policy, Kiki from customer support was polite, responsive, and helped arrange a partial refund. I’m giving four stars because I think the automatic renewal could be made clearer, but I appreciate Kiki’s professional and helpful support in resolving the issue.
iRocket has been one of my favorite software tools in developing high quality music in my personal DAW. However, perhaps due to some mis-operation, by my side, there was a situation that two duplicated subscriptions existing, and the worse is I have been unaware of that. One day I received a notice of automatic renewal of the subscription, but that was different from the one I remember, so I was confused and tried to cancel it but unsuccessful. Maybe I was unsuccessful in locating the appropriate duplicated one. Then, iRocket Technical Support staff, Ms. Anna kindly provided the explanation that I have kept two subscriptions and I failed cancellation of the appropriate one of them (the one with earlier expiration). Not only the explanation, but Ms. Anna, confirmed my true intention to avoid unnecessary duplicated subscription, she kindly offered the support from their side to merge two into one and applied the last due date. I understand that this support is largely customer satisfaction oriented, the extent to which has never been experienced before.
There product is good, but they randomly try to take unauthorised money from my account! This has happened on numerous occasions and I have no subscriptions! Customer service are useless! I will be taking myself to another provider
I had a small issue with my configuration, and Belinda took total ownership of the problem. She sent regular communications and provided me with a resolution in a timely manner.
I had a great experience with iRocket LocSpoof customer support. There was an issue with my orders, but Celia handled everything very professionally and kindly. She carefully explained the situation and processed a full refund for all three orders without any hassle. Her responses were quick, clear, and very reassuring, which made the whole process stress-free. I really appreciate her honesty and support throughout. Costumer Service was great, though I couldnt get a full refund Belinda was able to get me a 40% refund which is great. It was fast and easy and appreciated their help.

Vox Talker is an awesome product. The support is what I call old school. They are prompt, efficient and helpful. Although I am very computer literate, sometimes technology over runs me and every time I have reached out for help. They have been there. No 3-4-5 wait but often with in hours, at least once even on a weekend. Strongly recommend.

Support staff Ray was incredibly attentive and very helpful. I’m truly appreciative of Ray’s professional and support. I worked with Ray on a customer service request and the issue was addressed and resolved to my satisfaction very quickly. Ray personally listened to what I had to say and took care of the problem. I have to say, it’s not very often you see that kind of personal response and customer care. I was really impressed with both him and the company for taking the effort to make sure their customers are satisfied. I will definitely be a return user as a result and I HIGHLY recommend!!!!
