This site has lots of great choice and the designs are really appealing - but the quality was a bit disappointing for the high price tag - and a long time for delivery. My tank top seemed to have the design just ironed on like I could have done myself! It's not at all clear that the items are being shipped from China. I am not sure I would have ordered if I had known this in advance.

My shipment was returned twice and the my claimed my info is missing.. although my info is complete in the app.. and i sent them the first time as they requested but they returned it again as second time and i didn’t receive my shipment til today! Even when i asked and emailed them hundreds time asking about my order they didn’t give any update! Lastly i asked for full refund.. it was very disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Ironpandafit. My order was shipped, and the tracking shows that the parcel is in Limassol, Cyprus with the status “Available for Pickup”. However, neither the seller nor their support can tell me where the parcel actually is or which local carrier has it. Instead of investigating the shipment or providing the pickup address, customer support sent me a generic reply offering to remake the item and asking me to pay for shipping again. This makes no sense because the original parcel has not been confirmed as lost or returned. I expected customer service to contact their shipping partner and help locate my package. Instead, I received template responses and no real assistance. Be careful if you order from this company. If something goes wrong with shipping, don’t expect effective support.
