I wish I had checked trustpilot before buying from iscooter. We bought the i9 which is on sale, I questioned the sale but I scooter company reviews were ok. It arrived and after riding 10 minutes, lots of errors came up and the screen went blank. I emailed them, they replied we ways of fixing it, but still didn’t work. Today they emailed saying they are sending parts for me to fix it??? The scooter is 1 day old, and I would have to strip the scooter apart to replace break and throttle????? What a joke, I’ve told them I wanted a refund so iam still waiting… don’t waste your money like we have
Got the scooter for 3 months, the steering wheel kept getting loose, every day had to tighten up.
After 2 months of use, battery started to play up, while riding, randomly slower down, like breaking… after few days stoped working at all, even tho battery showes full. Try to reach out seller in Instagram. No response!

Do not buy from them. Item defective in less than 3 months. Totally ignored e-mails so left with a useless unit and a very unhappy son with his birthday present
Total SCAM there is no one aviable sold me a damaged scooter which caused injury to my arm. No instructions, parts of the scooter broken false parameters on the website. No answer on the phone, no emails response.

Do NOT use this company! We should have checked the Facebook reviews before buying from them. We bought it for our son's birthday, it worked once and wouldn't charge. Tried ringing the mobile provided on the website for the UK contact (Mike). Doesn't reply, to messages, rings out every time. Total rip off.
