Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're so glad to hear that Sandra was amazing (she really is) and able to help you navigate our system and clarify how the Certify for Life program works. We completely understand the frustration of experiencing confusion before making an investment, and we appreciate your note on making continuing education credit (CEU) details clearer upfront. Just for peace of mind moving forward, Certify for Life completely waives your $99 renewal fee forever, though you still complete your 20 CEUs every two years to keep your credentials active. Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're so glad to hear that you found the program convenient and that, overall, you are satisfied with the service. However, we deeply apologize for the frustration regarding the misquoted price and the error with your name change. We completely understand how annoying it is to specifically point out a name update only to have your account set up under your maiden name. We want to get this squared away for you immediately. Please reach out to our support team directly so we can correct your name on the account, ensure your certifications print perfectly, and review the pricing discrepancy. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we look forward to making this right for you!
