I completed my Yoga Fundamentals course on July 26. At that time, my CPR certification was still valid. I also completed the required 20 CE credits for my Personal Trainer and Nutrition certifications before their expiration dates. When I purchased the Yoga course to complete the 20 CE credits, I was told that my CPR certification would be automatically updated and that I would not need to pay separately for the CPR requirement. Based on that information, I completed the CPR requirement and waited for my certifications to update, but nothing changed. I contacted an online representative and was instructed to download my CPR certification, even though it had already expired, to see if that would trigger the update and make the renewal available. I followed those instructions, but my certifications still did not update. I also noticed that my Yoga certification shows that it was completed on August 8, but it also shows as expired on the same date. This is confusing, and I'm not sure what my current certification status is. A representative informed me that this issue would be investigated and that I should wait for an email. However, I would like clarification as soon as possible regarding whether I am still considered certified, since I completed the required 20 CE credits before my certifications expired. There is also a misunderstanding regarding the CPR requirement. I recently learned that the CPR certification was not actually free, but that was not the information I was given before I purchased the Yoga course. I made my purchase based on the understanding that the CPR requirement would be included and would not require an additional payment. Could you please review my account, verify the dates and CE credits I completed, and confirm. Whether my Personal Trainer and Nutrition certifications are still eligible for renewal since I completed the 20 CE credits before expiration.

Great and very thorough training
Great and very thorough training. It exceeded my expectations.
Learning new movement in exercises also how to approach clients in a professional manner. I actually felt that having all the training exercises will improve my trainer skills by using different weightlifting to be sure what my clients are wanting.
It was awesome, the layout of the website along with the videos and downloadable material were so easy to navigate, the quizes were light and easy to find in the material. The staff every time I needed something was always there through different ways and always resolved my issue so quickly and followed up after, this was the best thing during the course as I felt included and taken care of even if I wasn't attending any classes physically or met the team in person. My only hick up was the course itself was a bit much in the info and at times it felt like a medicine course not training anymore where I got lost in relating the material to any real life training I could be doing, it was a bit draining but the open book exams made it even and overall I am happy to take the course and glad I finished it, looking forward for working together in acquiring and maintaining my client relation ships and benefiting the to the most I can .:)
Process was straightforward but lacking important information
The process was straightforward and easy to follow. The reason I didn’t give a 5 is that some of the information on certain information is dated and not current on magnesium and many supplements are missing like turmeric. It also states that in Michigan and Arizona nutritionists are allowed to provide menus to clients but you do not teach how to do that. There are many nutrition coaches online providing those plans and that is one of the main reasons I wanted to get the certification. Calculation of macros is something they do as well but it wasn’t apart of the curriculum. Can someone reach out to me and help me with those two things please?
Anytime anybody ever called me was for my account balance and it was only two days or even one day past due , they promised me a job , nobody ever called me for a job or even helped or gave me resources. They told me someone would give me a call when I first signed up to help guide me through the website. I never got that call . I called them . It was just so much miscommunication. And so much reading not enough demonstrating videos. For the amount we pay. You should send a text book and show videos of body parts for more understanding. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody . I had to print every chapter out . Plus pay what I pay on top of that , then search up YouTube videos to see the muscle movement to get a better understanding.

The course was very thorough. More involved than I expected. But between the text to read, videos to watch and recordings, it made retention of the material much easier.
