Traded with the site for Diablo 2…

Traded with the site for Diablo 2 Resurrected and it was fast and easy. They added me as a friend and provided me the item I bought. It took about 30 minutes only. Highly recommend.

Almost impossible to contact

Almost impossible to contact, and they didn't have the items. It looks like they scrape their products from other websites, there was a circlet I bought but they didn't have it in stock. Turns out their products are EXACTLY the same as d2stock, who did have the circlet. I think they are scraping their stuff from d2stock, so itemd2r are basically scammers who steal other peoples things. Bad manners from bad people

We're sorry for the bad experience you had with your shopping. We do occasionally run out of stock on our site, and we will check to see if an item is in stock based on inventory, but sometimes items are sold out and the item list is not updated in a timely manner. Generally, if your item is out of stock, we will try our best to get the item for you elsewhere and try to complete the delivery. However, some items are rare and we have not received them even though we tried, so we cannot complete the delivery and we'll refund as soon as possible. Thank you for your suggestion, we will update our system to provide a better shopping experience, please offer your order info to [email protected] we will try to help you solve it.

Really good service

Really good service. I was honestly hesitant about buying items online. (the stories told on the interwebs and everything) BUT not this time. Hell they bent over backwards to get the item I bought when they ran out of it. If you need items and are on a decent budget then I recommend them hands down. BTW there site is easy to get around, and thats says a lot compared to other sites I looked at.

I was so happy to find this site

I was so happy to find this site. As a adult with adult money when I decided to get back into d2 via d2r I didn't want to deal with crappy trade and low rent mfing. Itemd2r came in clutch for me with a full tals, Anni and torch for an unbeatable price. The delivery was incredibly quick (like 15 minutes). Very professional and ofocrse they take PayPal.

All it takes was just 8min

All it takes was just 8min. Bought some Runes @ 3:02pm and got delivered @ 3:10pm. Excellent service and it is trustworthy. I would say some items were cheaper than what I expected too. Thank you for the great deal and I will certainly enjoy the game more with upgraded items. Happy with the service and price too.

Legit, delivers fast

I have placed a few orders with them now, each time the items are delivered very fast. One time the item wasn't quite right per the description, so i mentioned it and they fixed the issue within 30mins without any hassle.
