Initially, I had an issue with my order as it was accidentally sent to the NA server, despite my choosing the EU server, however, I am amazed at how well this situation was handled and how reasonable the team of ItemD2R was. Not only did they resolve my issue, but they also issued reasonable compensation for my time. I was stressed and angry that my order is late, but the customer support team remained calm, respectful, and kind throughout this and fixed this problem promptly. This was a great experience. I was searching for ways to get cheap crowns but this is a very good site to buy crown items. I purchased a bag expansion and a motif and It got to me relatively quickly. I attempted to purchase a listed item, only to come to be told the item was 'offline' and not available. Don't advertise items that can't be provided. Pros Service and communication was prompt and concise Offered replacement items (though not really the point) My original order received a complimentary crown crate (which spawned an additional sought-after reward!) Cons Advertised items that were not available I had to chase Itemd2r to get an update whilst they knew items could not be provided (as above) Good service, when it works, check what you are buying isn't 'offline' before you pay.
