One of the Worst Marketplaces I’ve Ever Used Itemku has to be one of the worst marketplaces when it comes to protecting buyers. Sellers can simply cancel an order and refund the buyer after deliberately raising their prices, with seemingly no consequences for their actions. What makes this experience even worse is Itemku’s response. They casually explained that the cancellation was initiated by the seller, without any proper follow-up, investigation, or verification of the seller’s motives. So, what is the point of having a marketplace if sellers can cancel confirmed orders whenever they want just because they want to increase their prices? A refund does not make this acceptable, especially when the buyer has already committed to the purchase. Itemku’s lack of accountability and failure to properly investigate such cases make the platform feel completely unreliable. Instead of protecting buyers and holding sellers accountable, they seem perfectly comfortable letting sellers get away with this behavior. Absolutely terrible customer protection and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this platform to anyone who expects a fair and reliable buying experience.
