Our shipping software automatically sends an email with tracking information when the package ships. On occasion, those emails may get caught in a filter or if the address wasn't entered correctly it bounces back. Customers are always welcome to contact us by phone or email for the tracking information. Upon receiving this review we provided the customer with the tracking information. The gift was shipped the next business day from when it was ordered and delivered the same day this review was posted.

Thank you so much for letting us know how much your niece liked the gift you chose for her! We are thrilled to know it was a smooth process for you to order. We appreciate your business.

We reached out to this customer for clarification regarding the gift but did not receive a response. We photograph the items in our gift baskets as is and don't alter the sizes. Regarding the shipping, the gift was ordered on a Saturday afternoon and was custom-built and shipped the next business day (Monday) in line with our shipping times. it was sent by the purchased two-day express service and delivered on time on Wednesday.

We got in contact with the customer and applied the proper discount. If a coupon code doesn't work it isn't applied we are always happy to correct the issues.

Thank you for taking the time to review. We are expanding our vegan choices this year and hope to have more coming soon.
