The agent was willing to modify the itinerary to fit our needs and requirements. The local guide engaged was good company for the trip while also able to make adjustments as we needed. The agency will be considered in our future trips to other parts of Indonesia.

A group of 6 of us went for the Mount Ophir day trip hike. Bob was very responsive and accommodated our requirement (e.g. pick up and drop off) very well. The driver Mr Rugu was also professional. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves very much.
Bob was super helpful and given me all the information needed. The team in Msia was superb, including the driver and guide. Everything went well without a glitch. Though the price is on a high side but it's worth all the trouble for all the planning and logistics. I am sure i ll be a return customer.
great solo trip to Peru! i did the 4 days inca trail to machu pichu it was epic and hassle free. Hock Sing and IWT has been helping me with many many adventure trips in the past ten years, his advice and recommendations has always been spot on, and the team is very responsive as well by whatsapp.
